Are you an early-career conservationist with a passion for growth and leadership? The Women for Conservation team invites you to apply for our exciting Leadership Programme—designed to help you lead confidently, purposefully, and inclusively.

What you’ll gain:

Targeted Mentorship – Learn from inspiring conservation leaders.

Skills Development – Practical training for your conservation journey.

Gender & Leadership Empowerment – Build inclusive leadership skills.

Who we’re looking for:

Women and men with 2–4 years’ experience in the conservation/environmental sector (wildlife, tourism, agriculture, water, land, etc.).

Currently in full-time employment.

Able to commit an average of 4-5 hours per month to the programme (from May 2025 – May 2026).

Reliable internet access.
